fix(agent_hub): convert openhuman active profile with workspace-level persona fallbacks" -m "Omitted --from-name now resolves via resolve_default_agent_name() so openhuman converts the activeProfileId persona instead of the bare default; a Profile missing SOUL/IDENTITY/HEARTBEAT/MEMORY falls back to the workspace-level copies, leniently when absent everywhere.
